What is your food philosophy?

I believe a healthy lifestyle is all about balance. I thrive on a diet encompassing whole foods and ethically sourced eggs, meat and fish. Whenever possible, I try to buy my produce from the local farmers. Not only does this support their business, but I feel healthier knowing that my food is minimally processed and organically grown.

What is the Healthy Living Mission?

My mission is to inspire and give others the tools to find wellness through not only food but fitness, mental health and the support of  loving friends and family. I'm here to show you that healthy eating does not have to be complicated or time consuming. In fact, eating healthy is totally adaptable to all lifestyles!
